DUB-ORD. Flight attendants were wonderful and very pleasant. It was a daytime flight, so I didn't try the seat in the bed
position; I did find it awkward to know how to adjust just the pitch or just the leg rest--until the end of the flight
when I saw more controls were hidden on the retractable remote. Somewhat limited movie choices. Didn't like the way there
is no storage for carry-ons except in the overhead bins. Also would prefer a 1-2-1 configuration instead of the 2-2-2.

Very comfortable seat, only problem is that if you sleep on your side you feel after a while that you are sliding off the
end. Controls are easy to use and width as well. Pillow provided could be a bit bigger but that's minor.
Excellent service, boarded on time on a completely full flight in ORD. Lounge in ORD was a bit tired and could have done
with updating but I understand it's a shared lounge so probably not much can be done about that. Cabin crew couldn't have
been better. Evening meal and drinks were on a par with BA. Breakfast was a bit non-existent but timed perfectly. Only
issue was a family who were in Row 1 with twin 6 month old infants who took turns to scream through the night. The cabin
crew were very attentive to them and I felt sorry for the parents but would have preferred the quietness that normally
comes with Business. Baggage was first off also which was very good.

The layout is a traditional 2-2-2, meaning if you are in a window seat you will have to climb over your neighbour to get
to the aisle if their seat is reclined. The seats are comfortable for sitting and relaxing, with a good variety of
adjustments. They are not ideal for sleeping as they are angled, but reasonable enough if you fine-tune the controls.
Food and drinks good, but not outstanding. Service friendly and helpful without being over-bearing. Very enjoyable
flights and good value if you book early enough.

Seat was very comfortable, of an excellent width, and was very private from other passengers. However, the length of the
seat was just the correct size for me which made it slightly awkward when lying down. The 160 degree recline made
me feel as though I was slipping off the seat which made me take a while to relax. The difference between lie flat
and a few degrees above is immense in terms of comfort.

This seat was comfortable for relaxing, and was happy until I went to sleep. The seat was at an awkward
angle and hard not to slide to the bottom of your seat.

The new Recaro lie-flat seating in Aer Lingus Business Class offers a significant
improvement when compared with the older style seating. The seat is angled lie-flat but
comfortable for sleeping when fully reclined, with the outer armrest dropping down to
offer more width. There is a lack of storage space when the seat is fully reclined. The
controls for the AVOD system are stored in the inner armrest. IFE screen is located on
the back of the seat in front - or on the cabin wall in case of Row 1. The response time
from the seat controls is rapid.

The new Aer Lingus Business seat is a vast improvement on the old product. It's soft but
offers sufficient support when seated and sleeping. The new IFE is reasonable but seems to
have limited content which is surprising as it's AVOD. Sleeping in the new seats can be
awkward as it's angled when in the "lie flat" position. The actual cabin is a bit boring, lots
of white and grey which makes the cabin feel a bit "cold" .
