An awful seat for long haul, and this airline still seems stuck in the 1980's for product. A cradle type chair that does
not recline to allow you to sleep, the condition of seat was very poor - broken armrest IFE screen, broken recline and footrest
buttons, torn seat cover. Took this airlines because the schedule suited, but never, never again. Staff were trying a bit onboard
but everything else is cheap and nasty.
