I'm 6'4" tall and didn't find this seat that comfortable - but it was great value (an extra $A150 paid as part of an upgrade). It's not true lie-flat, and I didn't notice any massage function, but I was able to sleep for a few hours. A nice touch : the pillow and duvet. Meal service was just what I had pre-paid for as part of my economy fare.

Spacious with moderate privacy. Flatbed is definitely a good choice and value for money.

Thought it was a great experience and very good value for money. Truly flat bed, great services and the price of premium economy on other carriers. Would definitely buy it and fly it again.

KUL-LGW return on the almost lie flat seats. Great value for money. Given duvet and large pillow. Very comfortable. Price of my flight was 1/3 of standard business class of other airlines.

Premium seat turns into an angled lie-flat bed complete with massage functions, and makes for a very comfortable sleep with the fluffy white pillow provided for the entire flight.
