Comfortable when seated but no good for sleeping. 2-2-2 layout doesn't afford any privacy. Entertainment systems 15 years behind the competition, only three movies offered on loop. In-seat power was offered but did not work. The current product is not up to scratch.

Out of date C-Class, non lie-flat seats! Service okay, and seat was comfortable for a day flight, but uncomfortable for sleeping. IFE also outdated, tiny screens with bad quality loop movies. Sound was bad as well and Y Class type headphones.
