LOS-JNB return. I have flown various Airline since 1997 and this is the worst I have ever flown. Seats are only going back 30% although Arik advertise flat beds on International flights. Quite a few of the foodrests does not work and thus does not lift up and some of the seats needs to be forced down. Armrest held together with duct tape and falling apart. Table in seat 2A had to be forced back and could not get it fully back.

Have flown a few times on the A340 and business class seat is good. The seat was designed for Kingfisher Airlines (who I flew in 2010 on their A330) and Arik Air now use this. Comfortable, full flat bed recline that is really nice, but if you get a window seat and their is someone next to you in the aisle seat, you can feel trapped. Seat cushion is quite form, and needs better comforter. What shocked me is how worn and tatty the Arik Air A340 has become, and looks about 10 years older than the same seat on Kingfisher Airlines!
