BUSINESS CLASS : a conventional seat style, not offering the full recline
standards found with many other airlines. This is the armchair style seat that
provides approx 150 degrees recline, and supportive legrest that does not come
to the horizontal. Reasonable comfort, but on the longest sectors does not
provide much sleep opportunity. Comfort Score : 6/10
FIRST CLASS : a conventional seat that reclines to a flat format.
Arranged 2x2x2, the seat width is somewhat limited, and there is no real privacy
between seats. In seated/relaxing position is okay, but on full recline can feel
narrow and some bumps in the cushion support area. Comfort score : 7/10 |

Old style seats, big pillows. Comfort is OK but don't get row 2 as these are
bulkhead and the legroom is limited. Be aware that you will get bug sprayed
(literally) by the attendants just before landing in LAX

Quite adequate "first" generation flat bed seats, which were comfortable on long
trip between New York and Sydney. Nice and flat, cushion support okay, but no
dividers from next door seat. For price paid, this is a really good value and
good quality carrier.

Seat are OK, nice comforter and big pillow. Not a lot of room to roll from side
to side (no folding armrests) I flew from Auckland To LAX with a stop in Tahiti. |

These are the conventional type seats that flatten down to 180 degrees. Quite
comfortable in flat recline, but you do get bumps and dips in the seat bottom
which get a bit uncomfortable, Also, the armrests do not fold down so you do not
have the widest seat possible. I must say it is comfortable, but not like SIA
beds which I have flown 5 times. |
