Whilst the seat width and seat length is quite good, the angle when fully reclined is uncomfortable, and needs to be upgraded if comfort levels are to match many better Business class products. FIRST CLASS : new First Class flat bed seat pods are well ranked for China Eastern. A reasonable standard of privacy and comfort for the sitting and sleeping positions. The seat cushions in flat bed layout offer a good flat surface, but the support is very firm. Comfort score : 8/10
