BUSINESS CLASS : new Business class seats are angled lie flat format. Similar comfort to many other carriers with this seat type and you find the sliding down effect when fully reclined. Privacy is okay but rather limited in upright position. Seat width can feel restricted when fully reclined, and seat cushions tend to be firm and lacking real comfort. Score : 7/10

The seats were great in sitting position. But it is almost impossible to sleep on them. They were not lie flat and they were angled in such a way that your back hurts. The worst part of the service was the food.
