Seats very comfortable, they are firm but that suits me. Some people have said they are narrow but I
dont agree. I was able to sleep comfortably.

The seat is excellent. I am 6'4" and the seat is probably 2" too short when fully flat, but as long
as you are 6'2" or less, this will not be an issue. Other features are great like quick boarding
time (because there's only 48 seats on each flight) and superb, friendly (if somewhat inexperienced)
service from curb to curb (literally). Here's the rub: a 757 weighs less than half as much as a 777
and maybe 1/3 of a 747, and I experienced way more turbulence on my round trip to London than ever
before in many years of travelling on this route. It woke me up fairly regularly through the night.

Excellent flight both ways, crew were excellent, seat comfortable. Aircraft interior functional
rather than glamorous. Food excellent!

I find the EOS seat superior to other business class seats I have flown. The additional privacy
provided by the suite, standard power and oversize table make it a dream for working on the flight.
The bed is roomy and comfortable - but add in that you have 48 business class only passengers and
there is literally no noise on the aircraft.

The cabin of the aircraft is a bit stark but crew welcoming and professional. The Personal Suites are
comfortable, private and give plenty of space - the seat, once it turns into a flat bed is quite hard,
it needs to be a bit more forgiving!

A really comfortable seat. All seats are off set so you aren't actually sitting next to anyone and the
screen between each seat makes the area quite private. |
