Two different airplanes on this trip. Very old B757 from Addis to Bangkok with an extra refueling stop. Flight back was
on a very old B767. Business class is cheap but you get what you pay for. Seats do not recline, or just enough to stretch
your body . No personal TV screen and main screen of very poor quality. Drinks service before dinner nice but food of
very poor quality. I was happy to finish this flight and be home safe.

Horrible. These seats are from the 80's. little recline, pillow is very small. I don't think IFE was working on all 5
flights NBO-ADD-FCO-LHR-ADD-NBO. The food was palatable. Drinks okay. Avoid the 767 if you can!

Paris to Addis Ababa and return in October 2012 in business class. On both flights, the business class seats were
extremely uncomfortable and compare to general economy class seats with a little extra leg space. The seats did not
recline more than slightly and the legrests did not work. The only way I survived the overnight flights was by putting
my feet on top of my carry on bag. The lights are left on for about 3 hours into the flight even though there is no
cabin activity ongoing. Video entertainment is virtually nonexistent. On the flight from Paris, I received a hand-held
video player that had 6 movies loaded (all quite old). On the return flight, there was nothing but the main screen which
was blurry and impossible to watch. Water is not offered to passenger - rather, if you are lucky, the crew will track
down a bottle for you. I will never travel this airline again. It would have been more comfortable to fly a better class
airline in economy.

New angle-flat seats in Cloud Nine of Boeing 777 was comfortable. A big upgrade from their old 767's. 15 inch Personal TV
with great choice of movies.

Bad seats, broken on all legs of our trip, seats are lumpy and mis-aligned, footrests and sound equipment
not working, very uncomfortable. Masking tape is places over some seat buttons to indicate its use, but
its doesn't work. Despite ET advertising their brand new planes 777-200's they only have two in use for
their long high-end trips and the remainder of their planes are old and way past-service. No luggage
space, as economy class passengers often sit in the seat from the origin point of the flight and leave
their bags in the overhead lockers when passengers insist they go back to their allocated seats, with the
FA's doing nothing about the situation. No seat IFE systems at all. just broken and fuzzy old screens.

Terrible seats - business class a throw back to the 1970s. Seat only barely reclines, foot
rest usually broken. Once the passenger in front of you reclines, you are trapped in your
seat if you have a window seat. One bathroom for 30 passengers, small, cramped, and usually
filthy. Food is terrible - most passengers return it. On the last flight from Washington DC,
they ran out of ice one hour into the flight. Inflight entertainment system was broken the
three times I have flown Ethiopian. Cabin crew reserve seats for themselves in business class
- and they will all remove your luggage from the overhead bins to store their own bags.
