LHR-BOM-LHR. The seat is brilliant - comfy, firm and spacious, and with the herringbone layout gives a personal
pod (just like Air Canada is sadly getting rid of). I am 6ft 5ins and have a bit of a trial sleeping even in
business class on some airlines, but with a window seat on Jet Airways, there is plenty of space when the seat
goes flat for me to sleep, using the extra area close to the window (with an extra pillow to fill the voids back
there). I got about 3-4 hour's sleep and rest in each direction. It's a great seat layout - don't get rid of it
Jet Airways. Food was brilliant and the on-board service impeccable. My only snag is that amenity kits were not
given out on the outbound flight. However, sleep suits were given on the return flight.

YYZ to DEL, everything worked well, great selection of movies etc. Service was what you would expect, food drink
exceeded expectations. DEL to YYZ, not all that good. Herringbone arrangement even though I asked for a window
seat, not explanation was offered. I would have taken a different flight if they had informed me. None of the
entertainment gear worked and as the flight was full, the crew just shrugged and walked away. The food and drink
were sub par as compared to the flight out. Cold "hot meals" are an example, While the food on the outbound
appeared fresh and well served, the food home resembled what most people would call "airline food" Seats out were
like comfy chairs in a home theatre, home bound were similar to public transit, hard and non private. I plan to
return to Delhi this year and I will probably avoid Jet Airways - for the money, Very inconsistent.

I traveled from Dubai to Bangkok. Seats are not that great. in one sector the seat I selected was broken
and was given the aisle seat which was ok. Comfort wise it is medium. Disturbance as the passengers from
the economy use the toilets in the front.

BRU to JFK. Herringbone 3 across pattern. Left and middle face one another with accompanying bins. More privacy on right
side of plane in front cabin as you face inwards towards the back of the middle section and you have both above and
middle overheads. Mattress and blanket good. Pillow could be softer. Decent IFE on demand. Amenity kit bare but masks,
etc on request. For the discounted fare this was an affordable splurge. With all 6 flights in at Brussels the lounge was
very full and busy. Frustrated passengers wanting to use the only shower. Need to ask for code for WiFi that must be
re-entered every time used (frustrating).

Jet Airways uses two different versions of the A330-200, some do not have the herringbone-style business class seats.
Rather, the seats are forward-facing in a 2x2x2 configuration. The seats are somewhat hard and not too comfortable in the
upright position, but go fully flat and, with the matress provided, provide a good sleep. There is plenty of space
between the seat rows, so the passenger sitting in the window seat does not have to climb over the aisle seat even if
this is in the flat position. The seats are quite comfortable in the cradle setting. There is less privacy in this
configuration than the herringbone, but a privacy screen provides sufficient privacy when seat is fully flat. The
inflight entertainment screen is in the armrest and is slightly smaller than that found in the herringbone business
class, but quality of screen is OK.

Herringbone seating. Row 6 just in front of door. Fully flat bed and softer than some airlines.

Excellent seats London to Mumbai and return - 14A out and 11K back. Excellent food, comfort and
overall service. Slept well on both flights. One comment - Seats 8D and 8G seem to extend into the
aisle as it curves around them to access the galley and the toilets. This may impact on overall comfort
in these seats.

Herringbone arrangement with fully flat sleeper seat. Comfortable, with a nice turn-down service on the overnight
segment, including a duvet/sheet covering for the seat and a comfortable blanket. The bathrooms were also larger
than usual, with simple but nice amenities. The amenity kit was pretty bare.

EWR-BOM. The service was impeccable and food superb. The flat bed was at least 7ft - sliding doors
ensure that you are secluded and noise levels are much lower than in business. IFE was also good.
Brussels lounge did not have a shower facility or WiFi which was disappointing. The ground services
at Mumbai were the best part of the flight with personal reception & bags also handled by the Jet
Airways staff till you reach your car. Overall a very good experience which could be great once the
lounge services at EWR & BRU are improved.
