Great seats, 180º flat recline, nice pillow and good quality duvet, I have slept the full 8 hours MIA-SCL, and most of the flight on JFK-SCL and MAD-SCL routes (this one on an A340).

Seat spacious, lie-flat, and in working order. Cabin spotless and fresh. Entertainment up to date and working.

Seats lie flat, are comfortable, and great comforters and pillows. On-demand in-seat entertainment, with screen built into the rear of the seat in front of you.

A very well-designed seat with excellent pitch and good width. The seat becomes fully flat and is comfortable for sleeping, as there are little to no bumps or grooves. The shell design of the seat with additional divider screen provides a reasonable amount of privacy. The seat is also very comfortable in the sitting position, as there is a nice amount of padding.

SYD-SCL. Finally LAN have introduced their new business class configuration on this flight (to coincide with the start of a competing Qantas flight to Buenos Aires, perhaps?). The seat is great - stylish, huge pitch, lie flat, excellent storage space and good IFE. If you do this flight often this is a great step forward for LAN. Service and food is quite good, amenities kit more than adequate so all in all a huge improvement.

Premium Business from SCL to Easter Island and back. 2x2x2 configuration offering a very comfortable fully flat bed (some of the fleet still have old business class) The seat offers a huge variety of seating options along with a first rate IFE system.
