In upright / relaxed position, the seat is comfortable enough, but seat width can feel restricted with a full cabin. It is not a lie-flat format, and only reclines to 140 degrees. Legrest and footrest offer fair comfort for day flights, but not a seat where you can expect to get much sleep on an overnight flight. Total comfort - above Premium Economy, but below Business Class.
