Heathrow-Muscat-Bangkok-return. This lie flat bed has the correct contours and managed a few hours sleep which was wonderful. Entertainment system not as good as other airlines, more movies would go down well.

Excellent fully lie flat bed with pillow, cushion and duvet. Window seats provide incredible storage in side cabinets.

Excellent cabin configuration with seats in 1/2/1 in business class. Flat Bed with sheet and good pillow. Very good remote control for entertainment facilities, good movies and selection of music.

Fantastic seat for sitting or sleeping. The most space I have experienced in business with a lot of storage space. Crew were professional and helpful throughout the flights. Food was a good standard.

Excellent. Seats fully recline, I was able to stretch out and I'm over 6 ft tall. Just four across cabin. Business class in two sections makes for a relaxed ambience.

This is not quite a suite but the high sides give more than enough privacy for my own requirements. The PTV is approx 20-inches and a good range of programming with an excellent noise-cancelling headset. Plenty of space around this seat for storage and flatbed was fantastic once made up with the seat cover and duvet - an excellent product with service to match.

One of the best Business Class seats I have experienced - this would be First Class on most airlines. The 1x2x1 format provides a spacious cabin and there are no central overhead lockers, which enhances the cabin space. If you want extra storage space ask for a window seat as you get 2 side lockers which are perfect for laptops, smaller bags, shoes etc. When you're ready to sleep the cabin staff will make the bed for you whilst you change into the supplied pyjamas. The only negative is that the LHR-MCT night flight is too short to appreciate this excellent product.

The only negative is the buddy seat which is far too small and is impeded by the video screen. I was more impressed with the biz seat than the 1st class seat, as the biz seat is fully flat whereas the 1st seat clearly shows the joining lumps of the three sections. Also whenever anyone walks up the aisle the 1st class mini-suite shakes and you can feel them coming from the back of the cabin.

Great price, great menu selection ordered whenever whatever I wanted, comfy flat beds, abundance of new release movies and crew provided exceptional service.

New business class seat that was perfect for my long legs, lots of space in cabin and only 4 seats across so really more like other airlines first class. Best thing was the length of the bed.
