BUSINESS CLASS : Angled lie-flat seats offered by Royal Brunei Airlines on part of the fleet - beware, the old seat standards
are very poor in contrast, and until the airline has full consistency of product, you could end up in a very poor standard seat.
Comfort levels are mid ranked for the "new" seats, although as these are angled lie-flats, there is the usual slide-down feeling when the seat is fully reclined.
Seat pod format does provide some privacy, and overall comfort levels are noted to be fair. The seat cushion is firm when assessing sleep comfort, and
many passengers find the seat offers more comfort when not fully reclined into the flat surface position. Score : 7/10 |

Just one of the best in it's class! Comfortable, affordable which leaves you pleasantly refreshed after a long flight to Australia.
Large TV screen and a great choice of movies. Absolutely first class, in business class! |

I was surprised to find the seats very comfortable in all positions but fully flat where I had the sensation of sliding down towards
the footrest but even so still had a good nights sleep both ways on my trip to Brisbane from London. |

Having flown twice in Business Class via Royal Brunei to both New Zealand and Australia, I must say that the upgrade in seats
between 2003 and 2005 has been a tremendous improvement. Last year arrived in Australia very relaxed and rested, and for someone of
my years that is something. I was very impressed. |

Royal Brunei Air Lines recently introduced Retrofit economy and business class cabins are great. I was very pleasantly surprised
with the new seats, as I was expecting the Leather First Class seats Or shabby Business Class. |

The seat is very adaptable to different positions with a large 10.4" personal entertainment screen. It does go fully flat, though
slope downward slightly when in this position. It's not that wide but it's OK for a 6ft person to sleep on either side or on back -
the head is nicely cocooned and though a little hard, it's easy enough to sleep. The 767 cabin is small so the seats are in a 2-1-2
layout which gives plenty of space. |
