Toronto - Jeddah return in business class. The flight from Toronto was fine, but the aircraft interior old and in need of refurbishment. Carpets torn and dirty and seat was old. Jeddah to Toronto was much better in terms of service, newer equipment and food quality. The seat is an angled lie flat bed. This is not so bad. It is also sufficiently wide to allow for easy turning and an ability to easily rest one's arms. The foot rest is a metal plate which needs to be improved. Privacy is also an issue as the configuration of 2-3-2 does not allow for much privacy. The seat itself is quite hard. Finally, the seat pitch is only 58" which means that anyone over 6 feet tall will face issues stretching their legs.

Had hoped for the new A330, as this old seat is very unconfortable and makes the journey very long. Very cramped seat pitch and seating recline is not good. IFE screen okay but choice of programs very poor.
