BUSINESS CLASS : Angled lie-flat seats offered by THAI Airways on many of their long haul aircraft. Comfort levels are mid ranked
overall, with the sliding down sensation when the seat is fully reclined. Seat pod format provides some privacy,
but the seat pitch does mean that window seat passengers have difficulty with access in/out of seat when adjacent aisle seat in full recline.
Score : 7/10
FIRST CLASS : The new First class flat-bed seats provides a very good sleep comfort in full recline, although the seat cushions
are somewhat uneven when fully flat, and a mattress enhancer is required. The seat pods have small privacy shields, and
the individual privacy levels are not as good as some other airline F Class seats. Nevertheless this new seat is comfortable, and a great
improvement on the older, conventional style flat seats that are still on some B744 aircraft operated by THAI. Score : 8/10 |

LHR-BKK-LHR - the new style seats on the upper deck which gives a feeling of privacy. No complaints
with space provided and managed to get several hours sleep on both flights. Royal Silk service at
the new Bangkok Airport was outstanding.

Singapore to Bangkok and new Business Class seat is the best I've found in recent times. Though it's
only "lie flat" instead of flat bed, it's way better than the current SQ seat and ahead of QF and LH.
It's the first time I've been able to sleep on an aircraft, even more bizarre given that this was a
short-haul flight. Hats off to THAI - they've finally got the seat right (at least until they upgrade
to flat bed seats!). |

BKK-MAD. Old seats, quite uncomfortable, the footrest doesnt rise enough, average seat recline in this
type of seat. The pillow was very slippery, so I couldnt sleep well. IFE was enough, but the quality
of the screen was bad. |

The cabin is very spacious with 2-2-2 seating. Individual seats are however, quite narrow. Most
infuriating is that the two armrests are of different height. Seat fairly comfortable in seating and
sleeping position, however don't expect a bed. Lots of legroom. |

Business class seats were reasonably comfortable although a bit long in the tooth. FA's were friendly
and attentive at all times. Service and Food were good. |

While this looks like a great seat at first, it's actually narrow and extremely difficult to get
comfortable in. There are lots of adjustments but none of them seem to get the seat into a great
position. Service was good, but the selection of food was disappointing. IFE was great with a good
selection of movies, but choose a non-bulkhead seat as the screen is small and difficult to view on
the bulkhead due to the extra distance. |

MEL-BKK Old Aircraft with old style seats that did not lie flat. However everything worked well and
even though they did not lie flat the footrests stopped you slipping forward and it was quite
comfortable. Entertainment system was not so great but acceptable. Staff were outstanding and made
up for any shortfalls in the seats. Food was excellent. |

Outward journey in upper deck. Front row seats, lots of room and exceptional service. IFE superb -
definately worth the £1350 return price. I upgraded whilst at the airport, it appears to be cheaper
than pre-booking, however, you take your chance! Have flown with this airline on numerous occasions
and have never had a bad experience! |

I travel regularly on FRA-BKK in C. Seats are not quite as good as Lufthansa, especially during
turbulence I often get shaken"down the seat until I wake up and have to push myself up again. At knee
height there are some rather sharp/hard corners of the chair - these however can be covered by the
huge blankets provided. I usually get 4-6h of sleep on the flights. Otherwise service is tremendous,
beats LH by far, great food, especially the Thai specials. Very attentive and friendly. They did away
with amenity kits sometime this spring but will provide you with toothbrush or anything you need. I do
not understand the saving of these 4-5€. Will continue flying with them, few airlines that will
provide FRA-BKK-FRA for less than 2000€ in biz. |

SYD-BKK Business Class, BKK-LHR First Class. First class flat beds fantastic, got a great nights sleep
and I am not a good sleeper on planes. Food choices and IFE excellent. FA's do a great job. First
class lounge at Bangkok is truly luxurious and being met off the plane and escorted there just adds to
the value. Typical Thai service - always excellent. Only slight comment on business class on return
flight on Boeing 777-200ER- you have to press the foot rests with your feet to keep them in place -
this could be improved. All in all a great product. |

Great seats. Not my first time in the new TG seats, but I am impressed. Although they are angled lie
flat, I never had any problems finding deep sleep and on the recent BKK - ZRH, I again made 7hours of
sleep, which is my optimal sleeping time. Only slight disadvantage is the seat pocket: its a bit small
to put in all small items and is often cramped with TG reading materials. |

New shell style seats -on JFK to BKK run - food good (not exceptional), plentiful beverages and good
service (not quite as good as the top tier but better than most US carriers). Space is adequate, but
I didn't like the seat at all - doesn't offer a comfortable upright seating position and the myriad
controls make finding a comfortable mid-recline position very difficult and there is a strange "hard"
bump in the seat and insufficient neck support. |

The cabin is very relaxing and spacious with only 30 seats of Royal Silk. Very good IFE with video on-demand, seat very confortable,
but the footrest isn't comfortable: you have to push it with feet to retain it in the right position. The bad surprise was when on the
returning flight we discovered that our two seats didn't work at all! FAs apologized and fortunately they adjusted our seats "manually"
(They actually broke the seat, I think). However the seat represents a big improvement compared to Thai's old C-class seat.

Travel regularly PER-BKK-LHR. On the BKK-LHR sector excellent flat beds for good night's sleep, cabin service superb, food choice and
quality A1. However on PER-BKK with business class only, the Airbus 330 seating needs upgrading.

FRA-BKK: Seat 1K; perfect sleep . Worlds best Arrival Service in Bangkok! Pick up at Gate, fast track pass port control. Check in is
better than a five Star Hotel. Spa area can compete with any Resort. Unforgettable Service on the ground. Up in the Sky you are back on
average First Class Service. It is worth travelling Thai First for the Ground Service only. This is true dedication. Try it.

LAX- BKK: I found the Thai C class seats to be rather uncomfortable 4 hours into the flight. It is difficult to find a decent sleeping
position. These are not lie flat seats and so one is angled downwards. In fairness to Thai, its C seats are significantly more
comfortable than most US based carriers. |

MUC-BKK-MUC. Excellent experience. My first flight on Thai and 100% to book this exceptional service again. The first airline that is
able to provide a first class service on board as well as on the ground. The first class seat is well above average. Wine selection can
be improved. The noise from the galley can be bothersome.
